4 students joined the competition about start-up business for secondary students
(民間．港．故事～ 自家味道) organized by “Tung Wah Group of Hospitals
Jockey Club Tai Kok Tsui Integrated Services Centre” during the summer holiday
2016 and awarded a special prize (最具自家風貌).
34 teams from various schools joined the competition. Their products were
inspired by the Hong Kong-style restaurant, cha chaan teng (茶餐廳), and about
the memories of Hong Kong. Students were responsible for the design and hand-
making of products, and also the selling process during the Handicraft fair.
