Notice for Annual General Meeting<\/b><\/p>\n

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (\u201c<\/span>AGM<\/b>\u201d) of the SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd is <\/span>tentatively<\/span><\/i> scheduled to be held on 19 September 2020 at 15:00 at SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Agenda of the AGM<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Proxy form for the AGM<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Election Nomination Form for the Association\u2019s Executive Committee<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Members are reminded of the right to vote by proxy on resolutions <\/span>other than<\/span><\/i> election.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In light of the pandemic and relevant government regulations on social distancing, the Executive Committee may postpone the AGM to a further date no later than 31 December 2020. Any such postponement will be announced no later than on 11 September 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n
