Members are reminded of the right to appoint a proxy to exercise his\/her rights to attend and to speak at the AGM, and vote on resolutions <em>other than<\/em> election of members to the Executive Committee (Articles of Association 18(b) &amp; 42).<\/p>\n<p>Members who wish to <strong>indicate his\/her attendance in person<\/strong> or <strong>appoint a proxy<\/strong> shall fill out the Google Form: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/A9ySkDZS2jR9981p7\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/A9ySkDZS2jR9981p7<\/a>.
