The 2024 Annual General Meeting cum Alumni Day will take place on 21 September 2024 (Saturday). Members are cordially invited to take part in the exciting events, and reunite with teachers and old classmates! The details of the event are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

AGM & <\/span>Exco Election<\/span><\/p>\n

The AGM will commence at 3:30 p.m. in the School Hall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Members, whether intending to attend in person or appoint a proxy to attend on his or her behalf, are cordially invited to fill out the Google form hereby attached. The notice and agenda of the AGM is annexed below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please be noted that while walk-in attendance at the meeting is welcome, the proxy appointment should be filed not less than 48 hours before the commencement of meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Election of the 2024-2026 Executive Committee will also be held this year. Members are invited to stand the election. Interested alumni please fill in the nomination form attached in the Notice for AGM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alumni Day<\/span><\/p>\n

This year, the inaugural Alumni Day will fall on the same date as the AGM. Highlights of the Alumni Day include a forum with TST\u2019s incoming principal, as well as a range of fun activities, from energising to tranquilising!<\/span><\/p>\n

2:30 \u2013 3:30 p.m.\u00a0 <\/span> Forum with the new principal @ Lecture Theatre<\/span><\/p>\n

3:30 \u2013 4:00 p.m.\u00a0 <\/span> AGM @ Lecture Theatre<\/span><\/p>\n

3:30 \u2013 5:30 p.m.\u00a0 <\/span> Fun activities @ various locations<\/span><\/p>\n

Fencing<\/b> @ Room 611<\/span><\/p>\n

Have a taste of the sensational sport of fencing, under the guidance of an alumnus professional fencing coach! Sportswear recommended!<\/span><\/p>\n

Flight Simulator Experience<\/b> @ 4\/F STEM Room<\/span><\/p>\n

Ever imagined flying like a pilot? Get well seated in the newly renovated Room 411 and embark on your journey to the sky!<\/span><\/p>\n

Art Jamming<\/b> @ 1\/F Art Room<\/span><\/p>\n

Immerse yourselves in the world of art and enjoy a moment of peace in mind. Tools and materials will be provided!<\/span><\/p>\n

Music Jamming<\/b> @ 1\/F Music Room<\/span><\/p>\n

Try out jamming on different music instruments like the African drums!<\/span><\/p>\n

Line Dance<\/b> @ 4\/F SAC<\/span><\/p>\n

Group up with your teachers and friends, and engage in the music and steps! Comfortable footwear recommended!<\/span><\/p>\n

Ball games<\/strong> @ covered & open playgrounds<\/p>\n

Get ready for a fun afternoon when you can try out different ball games activities. Equipment provided but sportswear highly recommended.<\/p>\n
