Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Notice for Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (\u2018AGM\u2019) of the S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd is scheduled to be held on 20 September 2025 (Saturday) at 6:00 p.m. at S.K.H Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.<\/p>\n<p>The Agenda of the AGM is hereby annexed.<\/p>\n<p><em> Attendance Registration and Proxy Appointment<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Members are cordially invited to register for attendance of the AGM via Google Form. Members are reminded of the right to appoint a proxy to exercise his\/her rights to attend and to speak at the AGM, and vote on resolutions other than election of members to the Executive Committee (Articles of Association 18(b) &amp; 42).<\/p>\n<p>Members who wish to <strong>indicate his\/her attendance in person<\/strong> or <strong>appoint a proxy<\/strong> shall fill out the Google Form.
