Notice for Annual General Meeting<\/b><\/p>\n

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (\u201c<\/span>AGM<\/b>\u201d) of the S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd (\u201c<\/span>AA<\/b>\u201d) is scheduled to be held on 19 September 2026 (Saturday) at 2:00 p.m. at S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Agenda of the AGM is hereby annexed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attendance Registration and Proxy Appointment<\/p>\n

AA Members are cordially invited to register for attendance of the AGM via Google Form.\u00a0 AA Members are reminded of the right to appoint a<\/span> proxy to exercise his\/her rights to attend<\/span> and to speak at the AGM, and vote on resolutions <\/span>other than<\/span><\/i> election of members to the Executive Committee (Articles of Association 18(b) & 42).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

AA Members who wish to <\/span>indicate his\/her attendance in person<\/b> or <\/span>appoint a proxy<\/b> shall fill out the Google Form at <\/span>https:\/\/forms.gle\/WBk5cxpf7A4cqArA9<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 Please be reminded that the proxy appointment form must be submitted <\/span>no later than 48 hours<\/b> before the commencement of the AGM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Election of Executive Committee<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The Executive Committee 2026-28 of the AA will be elected at this AGM.\u00a0 Pursuant to section 17 of the Articles, members intended to stand election should submit a nomination <\/span>not less than 7 days before such meeting<\/b>.\u00a0 The nomination form is available at <\/span>https:\/\/forms.gle\/qjFHBDemkeLQ6Sjy7<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
