Notice for Annual General Meeting<\/b><\/p>\n

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (\u201cAGM<\/strong>\u201d) of the S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd (\u201cAA<\/strong>\u201d) is scheduled to be held on 19 September 2026 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. at S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.<\/p>\n

The Agenda of the AGM is hereby annexed.<\/p>\n

Attendance Registration and Proxy Appointment<\/em><\/p>\n

AA Members are cordially invited to register for attendance of the AGM via Google Form.\u00a0 AA Members are reminded of the right to appoint a proxy to exercise his\/her rights to attend and to speak at the AGM, and vote on resolutions other than<\/em> election of members to the Executive Committee (Articles of Association 18(b) & 42).<\/p>\n

AA Members who wish to indicate his\/her attendance in person<\/strong> or appoint a proxy<\/strong> shall fill out the Google Form at https:\/\/forms.gle\/WBk5cxpf7A4cqArA9<\/a>.\u00a0 Please be reminded that the proxy appointment form must be submitted no later than 48 hours<\/u><\/strong> before the commencement of the AGM.<\/p>\n

Election of Executive Committee<\/em><\/p>\n

The Executive Committee 2026-28 of the AA will be elected at this AGM.\u00a0 Pursuant to section 17 of the Articles, members intended to stand election should submit a nomination not less than 7 days before such meeting<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 The nomination form is available at https:\/\/forms.gle\/qjFHBDemkeLQ6Sjy7<\/a>.<\/p>\n
