本校首次參加由教育局與紀律部隊合辦的「多元智能躍進計劃」，由訓導組黃建華老師和輔導組鍾冠峰老師帶領二十位中二和中三級男生，於2018年11月5至9日到香港懲教訓練學院進行領袖培訓。
Led by Mr. Wong Kin Wa of the Discipline Team and Mr. Chung Koon Fung of the Counselling Team, 20 Form 2 and Form 3 students participated in the Enhanced Smart Teen Programme from 5th to 9th November, 2018. Students were trained in the Correctional Services Department Staff Training Institute.

提升自信 ─ 學員透過歷奇活動，突破自己的限制，建立自信。上圖為進行「巨人梯」活動，二十位學員成功勇闖高峰。
Boosting self-confidence: Through various adventurous activities, trainees challenged their limits and self-esteem was built. The above photo shows trainees reaching the top of the ‘Giant Ladder’.
團隊訓練 ─ 學員透過步操訓練和遠足活動，建立群體意識，共同完成教官定立的目標。
Team-building: Through foot drill training and hiking activity, trainees developed a stronger team spirit and they met the targets set by the officers.
紀律訓練 ─ 學員根據教官的要求分工合作，整理他們的寢室。上圖為營會第四天由訓練學院校長親自檢閱營房的情境。

提升抗逆力 ─ 在高度集中和刻苦體能的要求下，學員完成一個又一個的任務，獲得教官的稱許。上圖為學員完成防暴操訓練後的合照。
Boosting resilience: Even though the training was tough, intense and physically demanding, trainees could still accomplish their missions one by one. They were highly appreciated by the officers. The above photo shows trainees after anti-riot drill.
領袖培訓 ─ 藉著經驗式學習，學員透過計劃、實踐和反思，提升信心、團隊精神、合作性、溝通技巧、解決困難能力、感恩等個人質素；並在將來的生活中應用出來。上圖為學員製作心意咭，感謝一眾教官在整個訓練營會的教導。
Leadership training: By experiential learning, trainees can apply their skills and reflect on themselves. They have improvement in teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills. They had greater self-confidence and learnt how to express their gratitude. The above photo shows trainees creating a thank-you card for the coaching officers.
