95 Form 3 to Form 5 student leaders participated in the Leadership Camp from January 11 to 13, 2024 co-organised by the Extra-curricular Activities Committee and the Student Counselling Committee. The Organising Committee (OC), which consisted of participants from Form 4 and Form 5, organised training programmes and team-building activities for the campers.

On Day 1, participants joined a city hunt in Sai Kung, and team building activities at PLK Jockey Club Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp. On Day 2, participants experienced adventure-based activities like High Wall and Raft Building in a river. A barbecue party was held after all training activities at the campsite. On Day 3, the Organising Committee organised a detective game and a talent show on the school campus to enhance team spirit among the different groups.

The Leadership Camp proved to be a fulfilling and rewarding learning experience for the participating students, as it enhanced their team spirit, communication, cooperation and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the Organizing Committee members’ decision-making and conflict management skills were strengthened.
