A total of 30 students from eight teams participated in the BOC Life Wild in the City Orienteering Challenge 2024, organised by the Hong Kong Award for Young People on 24th November, 2024. Participants formed teams of 2 to 4 members, used an orienteering map provided by the organiser to determine directions, and visited checkpoints on foot or by public transportation to obtain scores. They visited up to 60 checkpoints on Hong Kong Island within a time limit of either three or six hours. All teams accomplished the challenge, and the results were as follows:
BOC Life Youth Challenge Cup (Men – 6 Hours)
First runners-up (scored 1000 points in about 5 hours): Cheung Chiu Kwan (5D), Hui Nok Yin (5D), Wong Ching Hoi (5D), Lam Chung Tin (6B)
Second runners-up (scored 810 points within 6 hours): Lan Tin Yu (4D), Lu Ho Leung (4D), Cheng Hoi Yui (4E)
Third runners-up (scored 810 points in about 6 hours): Cheung Cheuk Sum (4A), Zeng Kam Yuk Leo (4B), Yeung Wai Shun (4E), Yeung Yeung (4E)
Fourth runners-up (scored 690 points in about 6 hours): Li Ka Fai (4B), Li Ka Ki (4B), Zhang Alan (4D), Fu Jack (4E)

Third runners-up (scored 1000 points in about 5 hours): Tam Ho Long (4B), Ku Hei Kit (5D), Lai Sin Yuk (5D), Lui Ying Ying Jessie (5D)
