備註：
1. 簡介會之直播連結將在活動開始前30分鐘發送至所登記的電子郵箱。
2. 本校將於11月27日(星期五)前發出參加確認電郵並附上簡介會程序表。若未能收到有關電郵，請於12月4日(星期五)中午12點或以前致電2697 5566向文小姐查詢。
3. 如八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告/黑色暴雨警告信號於簡介會開始前三小時內懸掛，簡介會將順延至12月12日(星期六)於相同時間舉行。

Remarks:
1. The hyperlink of the livestreamed briefing session will be sent to your registered email 30 minutes prior to the event.
2. A confirmation email with the activity rundown attached will be sent to you by 27 Nov 2020 (Fri). If you fail to receive the email, please contact Miss Man at 2697 5566 on or before 4 Dec (Fri) 12:00 noon for enquiries.
3. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within 3 hours before the start of the briefing session, the event will be postponed to 12 Dec 2020 (Sat).
