To encourage students to read more widely and to inspire them to think about their future paths, the Career and Life Planning Book Display was held in the school library from 7th October, 2024 (Monday) to 10th October, 2024 (Thursday).
The book display features a diverse selection of books on the theme of career and life planning, aiming at encouraging more students to read and borrow these books from the school library, covering a wide range of interesting topics from the life journey of a flight doctor to the meaning of life.
Moreover, teachers from the Career and Life Planning (CLP) Committee have made a number of book recommendations, which are posted on a display board near the school entrance, while the CLP ambassadors made theirs on the themes of personal growth and self-management on a vibrantly-coloured poster.
Another major highlight of the Book Display is a promotional game booth held near the school entrance on the first day of the event. After playing a fun-filled game that introduced some recommended books, participants received a bookmark as a souvenir and a sweet reminder to visit the actual Book Display in the school library afterwards.
