The Career and Life Planning (CLP) Team was invited by the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to give a workshop to parents about Career and Life Planning (CLP) in our school on Oct 20, 2018 from 10 a.m. to noon.
The Vice principal Mrs Tam Leung Yen Ying and the CLP teachers Mr Wong Kin Wa and Mr Chung Koon Fung gave talks on “An evidence-based approach in Career and Life Planning Education.
Following was sharing of past experiences from two parents Mrs Ven LAM and Mrs LAM KO Suk Wa about their children having just graduated from F6 and benefitting from the evidence-based approach in career and life planning all through the past six years.
Mrs LAM Ko Suk Wa is also an alumna and her sharing involved also the alumni roles in CLP education.
The Question-and-answer session was also enriched with the participation of our former principal Mr Anthony TONG Kai Hong sharing on how and why he started the evidence-based approach in our school from 2002.
The workshop was well attended by 70 F1 to F6 parents.
