As we greet the new year of 2026, the sixth edition of “Letter to the Future”, an annual event
organised by the Alumni Association was successfully held on 6 January. F.6 students were
invited to write a letter to their future selves, while receiving the letters which they penned to themselves when they joined TST five years ago.
Alumni representatives Mr Matthew CHAN (AA Chairman), Mr Alfred YEUNG (AA
Committee Member), Mr Justin LAM, Mr Stephen LAU, Ms TSANG Yin Wa, Ms LAM Sum
Yui, Ms YEUNG Nga Ki, and AA teacher advisors Ms Catherine MA (Vice-principal), Ms HO
Wai Yin (Chief Advisor) and Ms Gigi WONG visited the F.6 classrooms in the morning,
distributed the letters and shared information about AA membership. More than 100
students registered to become AA members on the spot or online. Despite the chilly
weather, the students and alumni shared a warm moment reflecting on the past and looking
forward to the future.
AA will keep the letters on their behalf until their reunion in four years’ time. We extend our
heartfelt appreciation to the alumni representatives for volunteering in the event, and
alumnus Mr TONG Wai Pong for designing the letter cards, and the F.6 form teachers for
their assistance. We hereby wish F.6 students every success in their future endeavours, and
we look forward to seeing them in the alumni events in the future.
