Notice for Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd (“AA”) is scheduled to be held on 19 September 2026 (Saturday) at 2:00 p.m. at S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.
The Agenda of the AGM is hereby annexed.
Attendance Registration and Proxy Appointment
AA Members are cordially invited to register for attendance of the AGM via Google Form. AA Members are reminded of the right to appoint a proxy to exercise his/her rights to attend and to speak at the AGM, and vote on resolutions other than election of members to the Executive Committee (Articles of Association 18(b) & 42).
AA Members who wish to indicate his/her attendance in person or appoint a proxy shall fill out the Google Form at https://forms.gle/WBk5cxpf7A4cqArA9. Please be reminded that the proxy appointment form must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the commencement of the AGM.
Election of Executive Committee
The Executive Committee 2026-28 of the AA will be elected at this AGM. Pursuant to section 17 of the Articles, members intended to stand election should submit a nomination not less than 7 days before such meeting. The nomination form is available at https://forms.gle/qjFHBDemkeLQ6Sjy7.
