Our alumnus, Mr Donny SIU, the former Acting Director cum Head (Entrepreneurship Programs) Entrepreneurship Center of HKUST, shared an insightful story of entrepreneurship with our students at our whole-school Assembly in the School Hall on 14 Nov 2023. It was about an HKUST graduate entrepreneur founding a food upcycling brand using surplus bread to brew craft beer. Using this inspiring story, Mr SIU encouraged our students to be entrepreneurs of all kinds, creating scalable and ethical innovations that bring environmental, economic and social influences in the Greater Bay Area and beyond.

After the morning assembly, our alumnus Mr Michael CHUNG Wai Keung hosted a 360 Camera Workshop for F.4C students, as he had done so for the other F4 classes,  during the Integrated Art lesson. He taught the students about the skills in using Insta 360 One X2 camera. Students used the camera to capture the dynamic motion and enjoyed learning the skills. This helped enrich students’ skills in creative media.

Our deep gratitude to Mr SIU and Mr CHUNG for their sharing.
