Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM“) of the SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd is scheduled to be held on 18 September 2021 (Saturday) at 15:00 at SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.
The following documents are hereby attached:
- Agenda of the AGM
- Proxy Appointment Form for the AGM
- Alumni Manager Election Rules (existing version and proposed amendments
- Financial report of the Alumni Association in year 20/21
Members are reminded of the right to vote by proxy on resolutions other than election.
