Notice for Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd is tentatively scheduled to be held on 19 September 2020 at 15:00 at SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.
The following documents are hereby attached:–
- Agenda of the AGM
- Proxy form for the AGM
- Election Nomination Form for the Association’s Executive Committee
Members are reminded of the right to vote by proxy on resolutions other than election.
Information on membership registration is available on the school’s website at: https://www.skhtst.edu.hk/alumni-association.
In light of the pandemic and relevant government regulations on social distancing, the Executive Committee may postpone the AGM to a further date no later than 31 December 2020. Any such postponement will be announced no later than on 11 September 2020.
