Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the SKH Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School Alumni Association Ltd is scheduled to be held on 9 September 2023 (Saturday) at 2:00 p.m. at S.K.H Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School.
The Agenda of the AGM is hereby attached.
Members are cordially invited to register for attendance of the AGM via Google Form. Members are reminded of the right to appoint a proxy to exercise his/her rights to attend and to speak at the AGM, and vote on resolutions other than election of members to the Executive Committee (Articles of Association 18(b) & 42).
Members who wish to indicate his/her attendance in person or appoint a proxy shall fill out the Google Form: https://forms.gle/A9ySkDZS2jR9981p7. Please be reminded that the proxy appointment form must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the commencement of the AGM.
